CALIBRE Systems Names Philip Rizzi Vice President

CALIBRE Systems has named Philip M. Rizzi as vice president of its Energy, Environment & Infrastructure Division.

Rizzi previously served as vice president at SRA International where he led the company’s business area focused on Environment, Energy and Organizational Performance. He has more than 25 years’ experience in strategic planning formulation and implementation, energy and environmental policy and data analysis and program management and evaluation.

“Philip is a known thought leader in the energy, environment and natural resource protection industry,” according to Joe Martore, CALIBRE’s president & CEO. “His experience will be an invaluable asset as CALIBRE continues to serve our customers’ missions to improve energy and environmental management in a resource constrained era.”

Rizzi will be responsible for supporting business development and service delivery related to energy management; environmental compliance and cleanup; federal property disposal; infrastructure condition assessments; training land management; and training, modeling and simulation services.

Rizzi is an accomplished speaker and presenter with more than 50 presentations and speaking engagements on topics ranging from environmental regulations and compliance to economic benefits associated with green/sustainability programs.

Rizzi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a Master of Public Policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
