Technical and Project Engineering, LLC (TAPE), an Inc. 500 | 5000 fastest-growing company, announces the promotions of several key personnel. Daria Gray, formerly Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications, has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Program Operations. Additionally, Christine Workman, formerly Director of Information Technology (IT) and Facilities Management, is now Vice President of Administration.

“We are pleased to announce these new roles and responsibilities,” said Louisa Jaffe, CEO and president of TAPE. “These personnel changes will help TAPE enhance its infrastructure to support our 2014 strategic plan of operation. With this re-alignment, we will maximize operational and outreach efforts and, thereby, fuel a greater rate of growth for the company.”

Daria Gray, who joined TAPE in March 2011, a 15-year veteran in the marketing and communications field, has worked for national brands, including the Coca Cola Company; as well as defense contractors, such as, UIC Technical Services and DRS Technologies. In her new role, Gray will oversee TAPE’s Program Management Office, in the development, maintenance, and execution of the company’s business processes, procedures and strategic outreach planning, in addition to leading TAPE’s marketing and communication activities.

Christine Workman, who joined TAPE in October 2009, has over 20 years of information technology experience. She has worked for industry notables like McKee Nelson LLP, Ernst & Young, and CACI. At TAPE, she will now oversee Human Resources, Recruiting and Administration, as well as retain oversight of TAPE’s IT and facilities management functions. Workman will also manage the transition process of TAPE acquisitions, including that of Strong Point Research.

TAPE also announced the promotions of Nicole Calderwood, formerly Financial Analyst, to Senior Financial Analyst; and Joel Fleck, who has been promoted from Assistant Program Manager of Army Training Models (ATM) to Program Manager of ATM.
