Digital Management Inc. (DMI) has formed a strategic alliance with Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC (Samsung Mobile) to provide enterprise managed mobility services. Through this collaboration, the companies will equip enterprises with a portfolio of services throughout the deployment of Samsung Mobile smartphones and tablets.

“Samsung is delivering the most exciting line of mobile devices in the world today,” said Jay Sunny Bajaj, founder and CEO of DMI. Until recently, many large enterprises have relied on legacy devices and technologies to address their security concerns. Today, end users have made it abundantly clear that they prefer Android and especially Samsung devices. The dramatic mobile security enhancements made by Samsung, along with our services, will make Samsung the technology of choice, for both end users and enterprises.”

DMI will work closely with Samsung Mobile to deploy Samsung Enterprise Services, a full range of devices and services designed for enterprise clients. This includes programs to support customers through the entire lifecycle of both Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and corporate liable mobile device deployments.

“We see a tremendous advantage in aligning with DMI to deliver secure mobile devices and world-class enterprise services to business customers,” said Tim Wagner, Vice President and General Manager of Samsung Mobile’s Enterprise Business Unit Through this strategic initiative, Samsung Mobile is delivering on its ongoing commitment to the enterprise by ensuring businesses get the most of their investments in mobility. With DMI, we are able to provide an enterprise-grade, full-service solution that will delight users while meeting the strict security requirements of IT managers and CIOs.”

DMI will implement and manage certain Samsung security solutions and platforms, including Samsung Knox, for enterprise and government customers. Knox enhances Android security with hardware-based integrity monitoring, secure container technology to separate personal and business apps, Smart Card authentication including Common Access Card (CAC), app level integrity management, and expanded MDM policy enforcement.

DMI currently manages more than 500,000 devices worldwide, and has built-in excess of 400 mobile app solutions in the last twelve months for hundreds of commercial and Federal clients.
