In merger & acquisition news, Vistronix expanded its cloud computing, big data, and cyber operations technologies with its acquisition of NetCentric Technology, Inc and Kimmich Software Systems, Inc.
In executive moves, ManTech recently appointed Paul T. Gentile as Senior Vice President of MCIS Group Cyber Solutions Business Unit, DataRPM added Don Clarke, former CFO of Eloqua, Inc., to its Board of Directors, and Eagle Ray, Inc. named Bryan Stygar as Chief Technology Officer and Gregory Williams as Chief Strategy Officer. In contract awards, A-T Solutions announced that the company will pursue the U.S. Army’s TEACH Contract and Link Solutions, Inc. was awarded a contract from the U.S. Army to provide support for the Edgewood Chemical Biological Center.
