TWD & Associates, Inc. (TWD), a communication and collaboration solutions provider, will soon deliver advanced Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) capabilities to the public, non-profit and commercial sectors via its partnership with Vidyo, Inc.

“Rapidly evolving communications technologies provide incredible opportunities to customers — increasing collaboration and enhancing productivity,” said Larry Besterman, President and CEO, TWD. “Vidyo provides an extremely high-quality, low-cost product that is easy to implement and use across enterprises and with a variety of mobile devices.”

Vidyo has developed an innovative product portfolio that easily allows solution providers to integrate high quality visual communications into their applications and delivers an industry leading visual communications experience whenever the demand may arise.

“For over 20 years, TWD has been architecting, implementing and supporting national security communications solutions,” said Chris Ackerman, Vice President, Unified Communications Solutions Engineering, TWD. “This expertise allows us to leverage customers’ existing investments, while also providing the cutting-edge unified communications solutions to empower collaboration and telework initiatives on a massive scale. We are proud to now offer UCaaS solutions as a Vidyo Service Provider.”

Vidyo solutions have been certified by the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC). Vidyo’s encryption module has been certified in accordance with the Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) Publication 140-2. Vidyo solutions are currently deployed at numerous Federal and State Government agencies.
