Nazzic S. Keene, SAIC Sector president, was recently recognized in the 12th Annual Women Worth Watching® issue of Profiles in Diversity Journal. In the magazine, Keene discusses her journey to success and offers guidance for young women embarking upon their careers.

“Being recognized this year alongside so many exceptional executives is truly an honor,” Keene said. “This award is also a reflection of SAIC’s commitment to career growth, mentorship and talent development.”

Keene has more than 20 years of experience in executive management. In her current role, she is driving growth by expanding the company’s long-term business pipeline, providing executive oversight of program execution and is responsible for customer relationship management.

She is among several female executives who were nominated by their peers, colleagues, and mentors for their exceptional achievements and influence in their respective fields and communities.

“It is important as a leader to know who you are and appreciate and leverage your strengths,” Keene advised in her profile.
