MicroPact Inc., recently announced its continued international expansion through a partnership with ITSMPlus, a full-service information technology management and consulting firm.

“This partnership marks another milestone in our expansion into international markets,” said Kris Collo, CEO, President and Founder of MicroPact. “We look forward to bringing our Data-First ™ approach to case management to businesses and organizations around the globe.”

ITSMPlus was recently selected to deploy entellitrak as a comprehensive project and management system for National Power Construction Corp. (NPCC) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

NPCC provides international design and construction in the Persian Gulf Region. The company is currently handling more than $1 billion in projects. The entellitrak system will deliver web-based event-driven project management, inventory management, calendaring, resource management, correspondence tracking, reporting, role-based user management, and several configurable workflow templates for project and inventory management.

“entellitrak will provide significant reductions in the time and costs associated with project management and inventory management for NPCC,” said Asim Malik, CEO and Co-Founder of ITSMPlus. “By implementing entellitrak, NPCC will see tremendous improvement in workflow process. The new system will deliver intelligent dynamic reports against project tasks and major milestones, and provide executive dashboards to senior management so that they can identify areas of improvement.”

Micropact was recently included in Inc. magazine’s 500 | 5000 list of fastest growing private companies for the ninth year in a row.
