MacAulay Brown, Inc. (MacB), announced today that it has been awarded a $55 million contract by the United States Air Force (USAF) Air Mobility Command (AMC).

Team R3, which is composed of R3 Strategic Support Group and MacB, will work in partnership with MacB to provide Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Support Services to all USAF Major Command (MAJCOM) with EOD responsibilities.

“We partner closely with the Air Force to ensure our Airmen in EOD units are properly trained, equipped and supported,” said Fred Norman, Senior Vice President and General Manager of MacB’s Mission Systems Group. “Today’s award with R3, combined with our existing EOD work at Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), the Air Staff and other related Joint EOD/CIED tasks, makes us one of the few recognized EOD support services providers throughout the Air Force.”

Team R3 will support MAJCOM subordinate EOD flights worldwide. Services include training support; equipment maintenance, accountability and serviceability programs; EOD Information Management System (EODIMS), EOD Publications development and associated administrative and safety program support.
