The IT consulting firm announced the internal promotion of Sears on Sept. 12, citing that his new role will be to support the company in its focus on driving business innovation and providing clients with technology solutions for business success.

IntelliDyne CEO Tony Crescenzo stated, “Ric is an integral part of IntelliDyne’s commitment to providing clients with the Above & Beyond experience through innovative technology solutions that enable mission success. As we continue to build and grow the company towards the future, we’re proud to promote management talent from within.”
