The summer has seen one executive move after the other. One of the biggest moves comes from Deb Alderson, who recently joined Sotera Defense Solutions as the firm’s newest CEO. We also saw STG Inc. appoint Tom Anderson as COO, TrackMaven welcome former Eloqua CEO Joe Payne to its Board of Directors, Krisstie Kondrotis was appointed to Northrop Grumman’s Information Systems Sector and Andrew Bryden was appointed Vice President of SRA International’s Communications and Public Affairs Division.

In Mergers and Acquisitions news, Accenture Federal Services acquired ASM Research. The new agreement will expand Accenture’s capabilities and opportunities with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA) and ASM Research will become a wholly owned subsidiary of AFS. In other news, Mark Abel, President of Castlemar Consulting and Rob O’Keefe of Arc Aspicio participated in our Summer Reading List series, S M Resources Corporation (SMRC) was recognized as one of 2013’s Fastest Growing 50 Asian American Companies, and Engility Holdings was selected as a prime contractor $854 million logistics support services contract.
