Information Innovators Inc. (Triple-i) today announced the acquisition of GoldBot Consulting Inc. (GoldBot), a firm known for its DoD/IC community acclaimed geospatial predictive technology, data mining, and information analytics.

The acquisition is intended to strengthen and expand Triple-i’s solutions portfolio and IT offerings to its Federal Government customers. It also enables Triple-i to develop its client solutions in the areas including web services and SOA-based systems, data mining capabilities, and predictive intelligence.

“These are exciting, yet challenging times for the government. Bringing together Triple-i and GoldBot enhances our ability to support these challenges. We welcome Goldbot to the Triple-i family,” says Steve Ikirt, founder and CEO of Triple-i.

The combined organization will provide clients access to one of the most agile large businesses supporting Federal Government IT in the D.C. area.

“We are very excited about how our combined strengths can support our customer missions,” said Jeffrey Goldman, founder and CEO of GoldBot.

WashingtonExec interviewed GoldBot’s Ed Granstedt about how to use big data analytics as a competitive advance in the marketplace earlier this year.
