QinetiQ North America (QinetiQ) last week announced it earned a five-year multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) through the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to provide IT and software development to GSA’s 11 regions and its Public Building Service (PBS) headquarters.

The BPA, which has a ceiling value of $150 million, facilitates the contracting process by allowing the GSA to fill anticipated future needs for services with QinetiQ, and will be used for QinetiQ’s incumbent work within the PBS.

“QNA is excited to expand its partnership with GSA in the areas of software development and IT consolidation support,” said QinetiQ Executive Vice President John Sutton, the general manager the company’s Mission Solutions business unit. “We look forward to supporting and delivering results to GSA and its mission.”

QinetiQ is anticipated to provide under the contract an array of technical services including business system modernization, infrastructure support, application development and support as well as building and energy systems, among others.
