NASA recently announced it awarded Nebraska-based All Native, Inc. the Office of Human Capital Management Professional Services contract to provide operational support services to NASA’s Headquarters and Goddard Space Flight Center.

The $23 million valued contract is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ), cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with a five year ordering period.

All Native, Inc., a tribally-owned business solutions provider, partnered with veteran owned firm YRCI to win the contract set aside for certified 8(a) businesses.

YRCI provides consulting and recruiting services to international, commercial and federal customers.

The team will provide services including human capital projects; recruitment projects; learning, training, coaching, leadership development; organizational effectiveness; staffing and classification projects and career development among other services.

Full contracting performance is set to begin in September.
