FCi Federal today announced it has added Bill Milligan as Vice President of Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer. Milligan, who brings over 30 years of experience in financial management and operations to this role, will leverage his expertise in management, taxes, financing, and mergers and acquisitions to support the company’s unprecedented growth in the federal space.

“As a leader in operations management and professional services, FCi Federal is in a great position strategically with unique opportunities for growth in the coming years,” said Milligan. “I am excited to be part of the company and I look forward to working with Sharon, Scott, and the entire team.”

Milligan was Vice President and CFO for 10 years at High Performance Technologies (HPTi), where he led corporate finance and administrative functions and helped manage growth from $22 million to over $100 million. He was also previously Vice President and CFO of MRJ Technology Solutions.

“FCi Federal’s current scale and expected growth require a CFO with tremendous experience, versatile skills, and an impeccable track record,” said Sharon Virts Mozer, chief executive officer, FCi Federal. “Bill will be a key contributor in bringing FCi Federal to the next stage of its development.”

Milligan was recognized as the Financial Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards and as a SmartCFO by SmartCEO magazine in 2011. The Washington Business Journal named him CFO of Year in 2007.
