Sharon Virts Mozer, Founder and CEO of FCi Federal, has been named a finalist in the 2013 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. The awards recognize high-growth entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas including innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.

With 25 years of experience in the Federal Marketplace, Virts Mozer founded FCi Federal (then known as FedConsulting, Inc.) in 1991 and has led her company to being recognized as the DHS Small Business of the Year for 2008, and achieved rapid growth with over 1,300 employees.

Finalists were selected from nearly 80 nominations by a panel of independent judges. Winners will be announced at a special gala event on Thursday, June 20 at the Ritz-Carlton in Tysons Corner.
