SM Resources Corporation (SMRC) was recently awarded a three-year, $10 million contract from the U.S. Army Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC). The ongoing environmental, safety, health and research services contract will enable SMRC to continue its support for conducting sample analyses, site inspections and scientific research of chemical and biological agents. The firm has supported ECBC since 2011.

“With SMRC’s long-established expertise in the scientific community, this award marks a new era of growth and maturity in the company,” said Neelu Modali, president and CEO, SMRC. “By partnering with notable, small and large companies, we honor the promise we make to all our clients, a promise of continuing innovation from the brightest minds in the workforce.”

This is SMRC’s first contract win since graduating from the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program.
