Pragmatics yesterday was awarded the Enterprise Systems Support Services contract by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. The award has a value of $1 million over a 17-month period of performance.

“We are pleased to have this opportunity to continue our partnership with OCC for the ESSS Program,” said Joe Brock, chief operating officer of Pragmatics. “Pragmatics looks forward to delivering a solution to meet the NSA requirements and help MCBS realize its goal of a new front-end system for community banking.”

The contract calls on the firm to deliver software design, development, testing, and implementation services for a new community bank scheduling system. The OCC charters, regulates, and supervises national banks and currently supervises more than 2,000 national banks and federal savings associations and approximately 50 federal branches and agencies of foreign banks in the U.S.

The OCC Midsize and Community Bank Supervision (MCBS) organization plans to implement the new system, to be known as the National Scheduling Application (NSA). The application will provide MCBS staff with a simple, effective tool for managing the scheduling of agency resources for examinations and other events.
