Cliff Greenblatt has recently been promoted to General Counsel and Vice President at TASC. Greenblatt, who joined the firm in 2010 as deputy general counsel, has a number of responsibilities including ensuring legal compliance and mitigation of risks to the company and its customers, and providing legal support for ongoing business operations. The executive will also lead the firm’s ethics and compliance and trade compliance activities.
Greenblatt has years of experience holding general counsel positions. Prior to his time at TASC, the executive served as assistant general counsel at General Dynamics. He also held in-house counsel positions at Veridian Corporation, Accenture, Qwest and MCI.
