Creative Computing Solutions Inc. (CCSi) yesterday announced it has entered in a strategic partnership with Socrata to leverage federal agency data and make informed mission and program decisions. The partnership will deliver comprehensive data analytics and performance management tools that answer the call for more transparent, integrated and accessible data government-wide.

“At CCSi, our mission has always been to contribute our deep federal experience, proven solutions and approaches, and people-focused service to help federal customers achieve transformational change seamlessly and cost-effectively. Aside from its people, information is government’s strongest asset,” said Dr. Naren Bewtra, president and chief operating officer, CCSi. “We’re proud to partner with a company of shared values and vision to help agencies harness powerful but difficult-to-manage data assets to deliver stronger outcomes for the citizens they serve.”

The teaming up of both firms will provide time-efficient and cost-effective solutions to meet the performance reporting requirements outlined in Meaningful Use and the Affordable Care Act. Some of the key benefits of the partnership include:

    • Analyze, act and report upon information derived from large and disparate data sets
    • Integrate data from disparate agencies and source systems
    • Transform data sets into user friendly tools for agency personnel and private citizens for individualized views and analysis
    • Demonstrate program success and actionable program improvements

“As consumers, data and information have permeated our daily lives, yet, for citizens, a great deal of quality of life information is still idling in government database silos. Socrata’s partnership with CCSi will help our federal customers bring open innovation into their agencies, consumerize access to valuable information, and make all their data assets instantly useful to everyone,” said Erika Smith, vice president of Emerging Markets, Socrata.
