Spear has recently appointed Beth McCall as Senior Vice President of the firm’s newly formed Federal Civilian Division. Her responsibilities will include overall operations and organic growth related to the company’s growing federal civilian contract base. McCall will advance the firm’s sales and business development platform within the civilian marketplace to include all federal healthcare.

“The appointment of Beth to join our executive team comes at a perfect time on the heels of Spear’s inaugural year filled with much growth and success.  Beth will be instrumental to accelerating the existing growth trajectory and delivering operational excellence within the organization,” said Richard Pineda, chief executive officer and co-founder of Spear.

Formerly VP of the Federal Civilian division at Intelligent Decisions, the executive has 25 years of experience in the Federal IT arena. In her new role, McCall has proven capabilities that include strategic capture and alliances, management of sales execution, competitive and financial analysis, and strategic pricing that will grow Spear’s presence in the industry.

“We are very excited to have Beth, a proven industry leader, business builder, and operator, at the helm of Spear’s Federal Civilian Division.  Beth’s decision to join Spear immediately advances our position within the federal IT marketplace.  We could not be happier to have someone of her professional caliber as an integral part of our executive management,” said Gino Antonelli, chief operating officer and co-founder of Spear.

Prior to her time at Intelligent Decisions, McCall served as Director of Federal Sales for Telos Corporation.
