    Jones Day is holding the 2013 Government Contractor Labor and Employee Discussion Group on Tuesday April 9, 2013. The discussion will be held at the McLean Hilton in Tysons Corner. Jones Day Labor & Employment’s Michael Gray will be the discussion’s moderator and attendees include general contractors, general counsel, and senior management executives.

    The topics to be discussed include the following: Managing a Global Workforce in the Face of New Government Regulation, Balancing Employee Background Checks When the Regulatory Agencies Don’t Agree and The Department of Labor (DOL) in President Obama’s Second Term: The Service Contract Act, OFCCP, and Wage and Hour.
