Salient Federal Solutions has been named an 2013 Helios Apollo Awards finalist. The awards recognize Washington firms who promote employee development and engagement as their organizational culture. The company was selected by an independent panel and evaluated based on criteria including employee onboarding and assimilation process, opportunities for mentoring and employee development programs, among others.

Brad Antle, CEO of Salient, said that his company was honored to have been named a finalist in the 2013 Helios Apollo Awards. He added, “As a new company, we strive to create the best possible employee development initiatives to empower employees to make a difference for our clients and make sound leadership decisions. This is truly a testament to our leadership team for building a world-class organization with a high-performance culture.”

Salient is one of four finalists in the Pente category. Finalists will be honored and winners will be announced at the Apollo Awards breakfast ceremony on May 29, 2013 at the McLean Hilton in Tysons Corner.
