Irvin G. Towson recently joined Reffett Associates LLC (Affiliate of Preston Reffett), as the firm’s Managing Director of its Commercial and Public Sector unit for its Washington, D.C. offices. Towson has 25 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition executive with experience in leadership, organizational development, and recruiting for professional services and consulting firms.

Prior to his current role, Towson led the Global Recruiting organization for ICF International. He also held executive level talent acquisition positions EDS (now HP), Lafarge, SRA and PRA.
