    Bob Smith, DMI

Bob Smith recently joined DMI‘s management team as the company’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Smith, who will report to Jay Sunny Bajaj, founder and CEO of DMI, will be responsible for the leadership and guidance to Human Resources, Contracts and the Security and Facilities teams.

“Bob’s in-depth experience in managing all aspects of back office support and managing staff functions in high-growth environments makes him a perfect fit for this role at DMI,” said Bajaj.

Smith has 30 years of experience in contracts, procurement and administration. Previously, Smith held senior leadership positions for Catapult Technology, Ltd., Wyle Information Systems (formerly RS Information Systems), DigitalNet Government Solutions, SIGNAL Corporation, I-NET, Inc., and AT&T Federal Systems.

Scott Goss, president and CEO of Preferred Systems Solutions Inc. (PSS), has worked with Smith over the years and said he is a true executive and leader in every aspect. “I have had the extreme pleasure of working closely with Bob in companies like INET, SIGNAL, VERDIAN, RSIS to name a few as well as being Bob’s next door neighbor where thankfully he raised all our property values.  Bob is a true executive and leader in every respect.  Bob’s focused business sense in the areas of Contracts, HR, Administration, Operations, and Business Development, make him an invaluable asset to any organization.  Bob knows and has worked with the great management team that Sunny Bajaj has brought together at DMI and it is no surprise that bringing Bob into this role continues to build upon the excellence that has been established and furthers the path for future success for may years to come.  Many great wishes to Bob and the DMI Team,” said Goss.
