TWD & Associates, Inc. (TWD) will begin realigning its technology solution business units to take advantage of newly acquisitions and technology capabilities. The company’s new technology units consist of Unified Communications, Network/Systems Engineering and Cybersecurity, Voice Communications, Infrastructure Services, Mobile and Broadcast Communications, Enterprise IT, Collaboration Services and Professional Services.“With our recent acquisition of The Engle Group (TEG) – which expands TWD’s capabilities in IT service management, cloud computing, application development, security and organizational change management – and our customer’s growing requirements for end-to-end communications and collaboration support, we are realigning our technology offerings so that we can more strategically pursue market opportunities,” said President and CEO Larry Besterman. “Competition in the federal IT marketplace is continuing to intensify and we believe this realignment of talent and resources will allow us to compete more aggressively in this climate of reduced IT budgets.”In order to lead these newly aligned technology areas, TWD has also promoted several key executives, including:
