FCi Federal recently announced accomplished executive Eleni Z. Antoniou as the company’s new vice president of human capital. Ms. Antoniou brings the leadership needed for us to accomplish this.”Prior to joining FCi, Antoniou served in several management roles with various firms including High Performance Technologies, Inc. (HPTi), USATREX International, Inc. and CPI Corporation. At HPTi, she served as Director of Human Resources where she implemented employer-of-choice strategies that resulted in improved employee engagement and enabled annual revenue growth of 20 percent. Due to her efforts and success with the program, Antoniou was awarded the Stevie Award in 2009 for Best Executive. HPTi was sold to Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC) in 2011.Antoniou is the recipient of several other leadership awards and was most recently named chairperson of the WashingtonExec Strategic Human Capital Council.
