    FCi Federal Names Eleni Z. Antoniou Vice President Of Human Capital

    FCi Federal recently announced accomplished executive Eleni Z. Antoniou as the company’s new vice president of human capital. Antoniou will use her years of expertise in the delivery of innovative, strategic human capital programs to one of the fastest growing government services firm.”Our workforce consists of committed, hard-working employees who are curious and interested in the work they do for our customers,” FCi President Scott F. Miller said. “Creating engaging work environments and providing ways for employees to progress in their careers is critical for retaining them and providing added value to our clients. Ms. Antoniou brings the leadership needed for us to accomplish this.”Prior to joining FCi, Antoniou served in several management roles with various firms including High Performance Technologies, Inc. (HPTi), USATREX International, Inc. and CPI Corporation. At HPTi, she served as Director of Human Resources where she implemented employer-of-choice strategies that resulted in improved employee engagement and enabled annual revenue growth of 20 percent. Due to her efforts and success with the program, Antoniou was awarded the Stevie Award in 2009 for Best Executive. HPTi was sold to Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC) in 2011.Antoniou is the recipient of several other leadership awards and was most recently named chairperson of the WashingtonExec Strategic Human Capital Council.
