    CCSi Awarded $6.5 Million DHS IT Modernization Contract

    Creative Computing Solutions, Inc. (CCSi), has been awarded a new $6.5 million contract to provide the DHS OCIO’s Enterprise System Development Office (ESDO) with IT security and IT systems engineering services to maintain the security baselines of all ESDO systems to comply with the DHS Sensitive Systems Policy Directive. The performance contract will last for one base year and two option years ending on Jan. 15, 2016.“CCSi has a successful track record of working with DHS on information system security, quality assurance, and program management,” said Dr. Naren Bewtra, President and CEO of CCSi. “With this contract win, we further strengthen our coveted relationship with the department to provide sought-after and trusted security services.”CCSi has a collaborated with DHS on other services including currently providing similar IT security services to the DHS OCIO’s sister organization, the Information Technology Services Office (ITSO). With this contract, CCSi will deliver compliance and performance monitoring, a security education and awareness campaign, risk management, security program management assessments and security control design services to strengthen the security position of all ESDO systems.“The combination of changing technology and security demands require an agile partner who can meet the continuously evolving cybersecurity challenges of today,” Bewtra noted. “As a trusted partner, CCSi ensures DHS will meet the needs of the citizens they serve, and mission critical operations and technical controls are secure during these variable times.”
