Vistronix, LLC has completed its acquisition of Technology Associates International Corporation in Stafford, Va., giving the company a total of 450 employees that will help serve its customers across the United States.

“Our vision is to provide national security systems, solutions and services that protect our country’s safety, security and economic well-being,” said Deepak Hathiramani, chairman and CEO for Vistronix. “Both companies are dedicated to ingenuity, innovation and integrity, and by leveraging our past successes, Vistronix will have a greater capability to provide security solutions across multiple domains in the federal government.”

Technology Associates provides information technology support services to the Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Department of Health and Human Services, and U.S. Strategic Command, whereas Vistronix has specialized in enterprise application integration (geospatial decision support systems), systems engineering (IV&V), IT service management, and information management solutions and services for more than 20 years.

According to Hathiramani, Technology Associates has a well-established performance track record in programs of national significance, and this company’s unique skills will help position Vistronix as a mid-tier prime contractor dedicated to solving the country’s security challenges.
