    Unissant Wins Defense Human Resources Activity Contract Under GSA 8a STARS II Program

    The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) has chosen Unissant,Inc. to help operate, maintain, and enhance the Fourth Estate Manpower Tracking System (FMTS) following a competitive bid process under the GSA 8a STARS II program.

    “OSD has great expectations from Unissant to support and enhance the PeopleSoft HR environment,” said Manish Malhotra, President and CEO of Unissant. “We have an excellent project team in place with a strong “can do” commitment to the project’s success.   We look forward to successfully helping OSD achieve its mission and enhance the system to make it more efficient and reliable.”

    The FMTS, formerly known as the OSD Manpower System (OMS), will be the manpower system of record for OSD, the non-intelligence Defense Agencies, Department of Defense (DoD) Field Activities, and the Joint Community.

    SRA International Inc. and Booz Allen Hamilton will be joining Unissant on this initiative.
