    Les Trachtman, Force 3

Les Trachtman has been named Chief Executive Officer of Force 3, a technology leader in federal security, unified communications, networks, data center, and medical imaging solutions. Trachtman, who joined the company in 2008, replaces founder Rocky Cintron, who will now serve as Chairman of the Board.

“As COO, Les has implemented game-changing processes,” said Cintron. “He has been the driving force behind our leadership programs and the catalyst to change the mix of our business. Perhaps most importantly, he has assembled the best leadership team in our industry.”

Trachtman has 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in the technology industry, having served as CEO of Transcentive and e-OneHundred Group, and spearheading corporate development for Progress Software and Hyperion Software. At Force 3, Trachtman was integral in the company’s acquisition of secureRAD.

Cintron began Force 3 in 1992 when the market in IT solutions for government agencies was growing. He takes on his new role as Chairman of the Board with 20 years of running the company under his belt.

“Rocky did the magic part at Force 3, starting a company from nothing and building it into a recognized leader,” Trachtman said. “In relative terms, my job is easy. I am focused on improving what’s already here. We are looking to continue to grow and become more focused and efficient in everything we do. With our keen focus on our customers’ success, we intend to continue to deliver technology-based solutions that enable our customers to focus on what they do best.”
