    L-3’s National Security Solutions (NSS) Group Names Holly Gulvas Senior VP of Human Resources

    Holly Gulvas, L-3 Communications

    Holly Gulvas has been named senior VP of Human Resources (HR) at L-3’s National Security Solutions (NSS) Group and will report to Les Rose, president of L-3 NSS, effective January 2, 2013. In this role, Gulvas will be in charge of the group’s strategic direction for HR talent acquisition, work/life balance programs, compensation, organizational development, and planning.

    Gulvas has more than 25 years of industry experience across a broad spectrum of HR activities. Most recently, she was VP of human resources at URS Corporation and before that, she held leadership positions at Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Raytheon among others.

    She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administrationfrom California State University, where she graduated with honors. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and its Northern Virginia Chapter.
