    David Kervin Joins Navstar Inc. as Chief Strategy Officer & VP of Business Development

    David Kervin, Navstar, Inc.

    As of December 2012, David Kervin has joined Navstar’s executive team as Chief Strategy Officer & VP of Business Development. Reporting to CEO Joanna Alexis, he will be responsible for overall company strategy, business development, and growth initiatives.

    David has more than 20 years of federal and international arena experience as a U.S. Marine, consultant, senior executive, and strategic growth advisor. Prior to Navstar, he was a member of the senior management team and oversaw mergers and acquisitions, business development and capture, product development and special projects for KeyPoint Government Solutions Inc.

    Before that, Kervin was a senior executive at Level 4, a Vision Capital portfolio company, and an operating division president with a $200M U.S.-based security business.

    Kervin has authored and delivered high-level training programs for the U.S. government, foreign allied nations, and large private concerns, and has been a guest speaker at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
