MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB) has won a task order from the United States Army (USA) Institute of Surgical Research (ISR) to support its Combat Casualty Care mission, which falls under the USA Medical Research & Materiel Command (USAMRMC) Indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract.
“Working hand-in-hand with the USAISR team ensures that the men and women serving the Nation receive the best possible care,” said MacB’s Senior Vice President of Mission Systems Group, Mike Tutin. “In addition to today’s award, we have worked closely with USAISR to implement the critical systems that positively impact patient diagnosis and care.”
Under the contract, MacB will provide technical expertise, with the focus of the implementation to increase the functionality of USAISR’s clinical decision support systems for Intensive Care Units (ICUs). This will help USAISR personnel better assess, diagnose and care for critical care patients.
MacB recently announced that Mark Chadason will lead the company’s newly-formed National Security Group. Chadason previously served as Senior Vice President of the Space, Security, Cyber, and Intelligence (SSCI) Business Unit at ManTech International.
