Recently, Jack Frost was appointed Vice President of Healthcare Solutions and Dion Trahan appointed Director of Healthcare Solutions at MicroPact, a leader in the development of case management and business process management (BPM) software.
“The combination of Jack and Dion’s experience with the implementation of healthcare regulations, federal guidelines, legal basis and business aspects of healthcare is the exact knowledge that MicroPact requires as we grow our presence within the healthcare market,” said MicroPact president, founder and CEO Kris Collo. “I’m confident that their professional accomplishments and expertise will help execute the company’s business efforts as they relate to our case and BPM market positioning.”
Frost, with more than 25 years of technical and business management experience, will be responsible for strategic leadership of the Healthcare Solutions business for MicroPact.
Previously, he was VP of Operations for Department of Defense (DoD) programs at Enterprise Information Management, Inc. (EIM) where he totaled dozens of projects, nearly 100 employees, and more than $20M per year in service revenue. Before that he worked at Signal Labs, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer and led development, operations, and commercialization of novel signal processing and surveillance technology for defense and intelligence markets.
Frost earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University.
Trahan, with many years of federal and commercial healthcare industry experience, will translate the latest healthcare legislation, regulations, and policies into actionable market penetration strategies at MicroPact. Previously, Trahan was the Deputy Healthcare Client Executive at EIM, where he led market penetration strategy efforts and was the company’s subject matter expert on healthcare policy, Affordable Care Act legislation, and regulations, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid, Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to this, Trahan was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton
Trahan earned an LL.M. from American University Law, J.D., a Bachelor of Civil Law from Louisiana State University Law, a Bachelor of Arts from The Citadel, and an Advanced College Prep Diploma from the Form Union Military Academy.
