G.I. Jobs has named ManTech International Corporation a 2013 Top 100 Military Friendly Employer, marking the seventh year in a row the company has secured a “top ten” spot on the list, and the tenth year since the Top 100 list began.

“Our veterans are the heartbeat of ManTech, and they enhance the work product that we are able to deliver to our customers and partners,” said ManTech CEO and Chairman George J. Pedersen. “The values that they bring with them from the battlefield to ManTech – discipline, commitment, integrity, responsibility, respect, and teamwork – are critical to the work that we do every day. While we are deeply honored to be recognized for our growing veteran workforce, the real honor is with high quality young men and women that ManTech is able to attract to join our team after their time serving our country.”

ManTech ranked second among defense companies, and the results were compiled from a data-driven survey sample of 5,000 companies with annual revenues exceeding $500 million. The Top 100 Military Friendly Employers list is the premier resource for transitioning service members and spouses seeking civilian employment.
