L-3 Communications and Virginia Tech will celebrate the grand opening of L-3’s new National Security Solutions Center on Friday, October 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Cyber Security Innovations Lab in Arlington, VA.
The center enhances the cooperative partnership between L-3 and Virginia Tech and strengthens their ability to deliver innovative solutions for national security, military, and government applications.
The event will feature presentations and remarks from both L-3 and Virginia Tech about the advanced capabilities of the center, which is co-located at the Virginia Tech Research Center-Arlington. Speakers include Congressman Jim Moran, Virginia Secretary of Technology Secretary Jim Duffey, Virginia Tech President Dr. Charles W. Steger, and L-3 Security Solutions President Les Rose.
Attendees will also have access to demos, photo opportunities, and other information pertaining to the partnership and center.
