WashingtonExec Three Pieces of Advice Series:

“If you could give your kids only three pieces of advice, what would they be?”

Today’s advice is from Kanak Subramanian, CEO of Core Point Consulting.

    1. Have no fear of competition – do proper preparation and compete whether it is a school event or sports or after school activities. If you don’t win don’t be discouraged, try again with extra preparation and importantly be persistent.

    2. Balance your school life – as much as it is important to study hard to get good grades it is also equally important to choose and participate in after school activities such as sports or music.

    3. Personal Character – adhere to good behavior, respect elders, don’t lie and be nice to others.
