Haresh Bhungalia, Legal Discovery, LLC

Haresh Bhungalia is the CEO of Legal Discovery, LLC, a strategic, hands-on solutions provider of end-to-end eDiscovery services for the legal industry. Headquartered in Falls Church, Va., Bhungalia has been intimately familiar with the organization since the startup phase.

As CEO, Bhungalia will enable continued growth and market penetration, with his core focus on customer engagement as well as implementing robust business development capabilities and a scalable operating model.

Bhungalia is also on the Board of Directors for Collabralink Technologies, DataRPM, and Brandify, and is an Angel Investor and Advisor for BetterWeekdays, a curated job matching platform that connects top-tier MBA students and recent graduates with companies that don’t traditionally recruit on campus.

Bhungalia may be best known for his long work with 2020 Company (now an Acentia company) which he co-founded in November 2000 and was a part of until April 2012. He served the company in two significant areas of overall direction of business development and strategic execution of client service and operations management.

At the time of 2020’s successful merger with Acentia, LLC, the company had over 650 resources, supporting clients in the areas of custom system maintenance, systems development/integration, technology infrastructure support, and business services, including program/project management, business process support, and mission support services.

Before his 2020 endeavor, Bhungalia worked at accounting firm Arthur Andersen, LLP in its Midwest Region Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) practice. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Bhungalia is not new to WashingtonExec; we have had the fortune of talking with him about his time at 2020,  his addition on the board of DataRPM, and the advice he’d give his children.
