Phoebe Henderson has joined Benchmark Executive Search as a Partner, and will be responsible for end-to-end search execution and client development for the firm.

Henderson has more than two decades of executive search, operations, and business development experience across the Federal Information Technology and Satellite markets.
Prior to Benchmark Executive Search, Henderson was vice president at a boutique search and has had a successful run with leading satellite firms like Iridium, LLC, COMSAT, and STRATOS, focusing on Sales and Distribution Management, Market Development, and Satellite Communications Program Management.
