    Andrew J. Sherman of Jones Day Named to NACD Directorship

    The National Association of Corporate Directors has named Andrew J. Sherman, partner at the Washington Office of global law firm Jones Day, to its Directorship.

    This group has been identified by NACD as, “the most influential people in the boardroom community.” The group will be honored at the 2012 NACD Directorship 100 Forum on November 27th at New York’s Marriott Marquis Hotel.

    Sherman is also a 23 time published author, his latest book being, Governance: 36 Critical Essays to Drive Shareholder Value and Business Growth, for which he served both as editor and principal author. The book includes essays by a number of other corporate, academic, and legal experts.
