Jim Corcoran, Fairfax Chamber of Commerce

The Fairfax Chamber County of Commerce is holding a symposium Friday, October 5th on hiring veterans, titled “Serving Those Who Have Served.” To be held at the Sheraton Premiere at Tysons Corner from 7:30a.m. to 1 p.m., the event is in response to concerns from the Northern Virginia business community regarding veteran unemployment rates.

Master Chief Petty Officer Vince Patton, III of the U.S. Coast Guard and Sergeant Major Jack Tilley of U.S. Army, both retired and part of Pinnacle Five (for senior enlisted service members in the U.S. Military), will be a part of the feature presentation.

The event targets high level executives and CEOs, HR personnel, corporate social sector leaders, veterans at any career stage, and more.
