On the topic of “Proposal Processes that Work for Your Company’s Size & Maturity,” the event took place September 19th at the Westin Tysons Corner in Falls Church.
The event was set to discuss how companies (large, mid, and small businesses) develop, maintain, and produce proposals in today’s market. Rather than using a one-size fits all approach, businesses have used tailoring processes and tools to their specific organizations to succeed.
Attendees should have learned considerations and inputs driving organizational and processing decisions for businesses of all sizes. Because of the government’s move toward lowering the number of contracts being offered, agility and efficiency help to increase team performance.
