We reported earlier this month that former RSIS CEO Rodney Hunt’s mansion in McLean was to be sold at a foreclosure auction September 27th, but events have taken a new turn with the sale being canceled.

The Washington Post reported that Hunt’s home, “the most expensive property in the Washington region to enter some stage of foreclosure since the housing market crashed in 2007,” is safe–for now.

The article goes on to reveal that Hunt, 58, owed Bank of America more than $9.4 million. To read more about the cancellation and Hunt’s troubles, read the full article here.
