    Fleetwood Lilley Joins ManTech International as Vice President of Contracts for MCIS Group

    Fleetwood Lilley, ManTech International

    Fleetwood Lilley is the new vice president of contracts for the Mission, Cyber, and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) group at ManTech International Corporation (NASDAQ:MANT). Lilley will be in charge of managing commercial, federal, state, and local government contracts.

    “Fleetwood brings 28 years of contracts oversight and cyber-centric leadership,” said L. William Varner, president and COO of ManTech’s MCIS group. “We look forward to his leadership to meet the demands associated with growth in emerging commercial and government markets.”

    Previously, Lilley was SAIC’s vice president of contracts for their Cyber and Information Services business unit. He has also held an array of positions at AT&T, managing various contractual relationships representing U.S. interests in international negotiations.
