DLT Solutions In InformationWeek 500’s Annual Most Innovative Users of Business Technology Listing

DLT Solutions has made this year’s InformationWeek 500, an annual listing of the nation’s most innovative users of business technology. The annual list was revealed last week at a gala awards ceremony at the InformationWeek 500 Conference in St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort, Dana Point, CA.

This is the first time DLT Solutions has made the list; it is a leading value-added reseller in government information technology (IT) software and services. DLT Solutions earned a spot on the 2012 InformationWeek 500 for its collaboration with its information technology and finance teams.

“We are truly proud to be honored by the InformationWeek 500 and be part of such an impressive list of businesses,” said Rick Marcotte, president and CEO of DLT Solutions. “The efficiencies gained with our new system have had a positive, productive impact on our organization as well as our valued vendor partners and clients.”

Renewals account for 40 to 45 percent of DLT Solutions’ annual revenues, making it critical that operational efficiencies surrounding this process were maximized. System requirements were to store sales data and contract terms on all renewable parts; create renewal sales opportunity triggers three to four months prior to contract term expiration; calculate renewal rates automatically; produce renewal rate reports; and operate with minimal sales interaction.

DLT Solutions’ sales teams now have greater visibility into system renewals in their CRM system, can efficiently track renewal opportunities throughout the process, and provide accurate reporting.
