Clarabridge, Inc. has announced the members of its 2012-2013 Customer Advisory Board (CAB). Acer, Best Buy, Charming Shoppes, Inc., Gaylord, GE, General Mills, Intuit, PetSmart, Sage, USAA, Verizon and others are among the members for this term.
The leading provider of Customer Experience Management (CEM) powered through sentiment and text analytics, CAB’s forum consists of professionals from an exclusive group of Clarabridge customers who were invited based on their commitment to excellence in customer experience.
