A-T Solutions Inc., a global, industry-leading anti-terrorism and counterterrorism professional solutions firm, announced its multi-award blanket purchase agreement and a first task order by the Department of Homeland Security for combating terrorist use of explosives in the U.S.

“We are extremely honored and excited to have the opportunity to serve DHS by helping in the fight against the threat of improvised explosive devices in the United States,” said Dennis Kelly, president and CEO of A-T Solutions. “At home and abroad, our team of experts delivers realistic and relevant technology-enabled counter-IED training and tools to our warfighters and coalition and partner nations as well as to federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.”

Headquartered in the Washington area, the firm, under its contract, which has a $46 million ceiling over five years, will be working with the Office of Bombing Prevention to enhance federal, state, local and private sector capabilities to deter, detect, protect against, and respond to attacks involving improvised explosive devices on U.S. soil.

In it’s first task, a blanket agreement valued at $3.1 million over 24 months, the company will be responsible for establishing requirements for technical and operational services to the National Protection and Programs Directorate, Infrastructure Protection, Protective Security Coordinate Division, and Office for Bombing Prevention. A-T Solutions will work closely with the Office of Bombing Prevention to develop, operate, and maintain the National Capabilities Analysis Database.

A-T Solutions has unique capabilities and expertise in the field of anti-terrorism and counterterrorism (IEDs) and has the greatest number of explosive ordnance disposal experts in the private sector.
