Karen A. Williams, Northrop Grumman Corp.

Karen A. Williams will replace Susan L. Cote, who is retiring, as vice president of Northrop Grumman Corporation’s contracts, pricing and supply chain. She will handle the global security company’s risk review process, and interface with government regulators.

“Karen Williams brings a wealth of experience in general management, business management and government contracting,” said James F. Palmer, corporate vice president and chief financial officer of the company. “Her broad experience provides her with a great foundation to lead the contracts, pricing and supply chain activities across our corporation.”

Williams is the vice president and general manager of company’s defense technologies division.

She helped start Northrop Grumman’s Women in Leadership Program, and is a member of its Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Council.
