Information technology company Vistronix, Inc., which provides services for some of the largest federal agencies, announced John Hassoun as new executive vice president of corporate development. He has over 25 years of experience, and will help lead the company’s mergers and acquisitions.

“We are excited to have John as a member of the Vistronix team. John brings to Vistronix a distinguished record of corporate experience in all areas of the federal sector and will be focused on complementing our organic growth strategy with a focus on M&A,” said Mr. Hathiramani, president and CEO. “This is an exciting time for our company, and we all look forward to working with John as we pursue the next phase of our growth and development.”

Hassoun has worked with private sector businesses, such as ATS Corporation, a federal IT services contractor, as well as the Air Force.

“I am delighted to be part of Vistronix and look forward to adding value to the company’s existing strategy and successful growth,” he said.
