The FBI has chosen Accenture Federal Services, a global management consulting, technical services and outsourcing company, to support the bureau using Microsoft products in a $34 million indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract.

“The FBI is strategically enhancing its technical capabilities to meet its mission and support its personnel globally. As a proven FBI partner, we bring our federal and commercial experience to support these mission critical changes,” said Jennifer Pratt, who leads Accenture’s work with the Dept. of Justice.

IDIQ contracts will aid the bureau with network support, operational training, and project development and integration. Its contract with Accenture is for one year, with options for four more year-long extensions.
